Using this site means you accept this notice. The site's content — text, design, code, graphics and video — belongs to Ars Machinica SL unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. The typeface used across the site, Press Start 2P, is the work of CodeMan38 and is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; its licence travels with the font at media/PressStart2P-OFL.txt.

We may change or withdraw the site's content at any time. We link to external sites (Apple, Cloudflare) whose content we neither control nor answer for.

Consumers and dispute resolution

Purchases inside the blitvibe app are made through Apple's App Store, and Apple — not us — is the merchant of record for them. Complaints about a charge, a refund or a subscription therefore go to Apple, via reportaproblem.apple.com.

For anything else, write to blitvibe+support@arsmachinica.com first — we would rather fix it than argue about it. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
