blitvibe is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] (“we”, “us”), [ENTITY_ADDRESS]. For anything in this policy, contact us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
Your compositions, recordings, saved presets and settings are stored only on your device. We receive anonymous usage analytics (see below). Nothing else.
When you create an account we use Sign in with Apple. Apple gives us a stable, app-specific user identifier. We do not receive or store your email address, your real name, or your Apple ID. Alongside that identifier we store:
If you post a vibe, we store the video you recorded and a small JSON description of how it was made (the beat, the visual settings) so other people can remix it. We also store which vibes you liked, reshared or saved. Posted vibes are public — anyone using the app can see them.
Posted vibes expire automatically after a period that depends on your subscription tier, and are deleted when they do.
The app uses your camera and, if you pick them, photos and videos from your library, as live input to the visual engine. This processing happens entirely on your device in real time. Nothing from your camera or library is uploaded unless you record a vibe and choose to post it. Declining camera access doesn't lock you out — the app still works with generators, photos and video.
If you report content or block someone, we store that report or block — including who filed it — so we can review it and enforce the rules. We keep records of content we've removed, and the reports behind it, so we can answer follow-up questions and correct mistakes.
We collect anonymous product analytics to understand which features get used. Each event carries: a random install identifier, a session identifier, your app version, iOS version, device model, and details of the action itself (for example “a vibe was recorded”). If you're signed in, events are linked to your account identifier.
This data is ours alone — it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and the app contains no third-party tracking SDKs.
We process account and content data to provide the service you asked for; safety data because we have a legitimate interest (and an App Store obligation) in keeping the feed free of abusive content; and analytics on the basis of legitimate interest in improving the app. Where the law requires consent instead, we ask for it.
We use a small number of processors to run the service:
We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose data if legally required, or where necessary to investigate abuse.
In the app: YOU menu → DELETE ACCOUNT. This permanently removes your account, every vibe you posted (including the video files), your profile picture, your likes, reshares, blocks and reports. It cannot be undone.
If you'd rather we did it for you, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, to object to processing, or to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Most of it you can do yourself from the YOU menu.
blitvibe is not intended for children under [MIN_AGE]. We don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
If we change this policy materially we'll update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app.
