These terms are between you and [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] (“we”, “us”). By using the blitvibe app you accept them. If you don't, don't use the app.
You must be at least [MIN_AGE] years old. If you create an account you're responsible for what happens under it.
You keep ownership of everything you make. To run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display the vibes you post, and to let other users view and remix them inside the app. This licence exists so the feed and the remix feature can work; it ends when the content is deleted or expires, except for copies we must retain for moderation or legal reasons.
Vibes you keep on your device are not covered by any of this — we never receive them.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Don't post:
Every posted vibe can be reported from the app (the flag on the feed), and any creator can be blocked from their profile. We review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours.
Reported content may be hidden automatically while we review it. If it breaks these rules we'll remove it, and we may suspend the account behind it. We can remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion where we believe these terms have been broken.

If something on blitvibe infringes your copyright, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with a description of the work, a link to the vibe, and confirmation that you own the rights. We remove infringing material and repeat infringers lose their accounts.
Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and is managed entirely in your Apple ID settings — not by us. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Vibes posted to the feed are temporary by design and are deleted automatically when they expire. How long they last depends on your tier. Don't treat the feed as storage — keep your own copy of anything you care about.
You can delete your account at any time from the YOU menu. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. Deleting your account removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
blitvibe is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for lost content, including vibes lost to expiry. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple is, however, entitled to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update these terms; material changes will be signalled in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
